Then if a user decides to change it, he/she can do it manually in purchase orders.
It's for a place - university - where they know exactly the price for each line before PReq is created.
They use outline agreements/contract to specify unit prices, which are going to be purchased.

it works by pricing procedure. If you maintain any info-record or contract the
price flow from these condition records.
