Hi Lara,
In the settlement rule line, just scroll a bit to the right, there is a period from and fiscal year from; and a period to and fiscal year to. Change the period and the fiscal year up to the last settlement period, then add the new asset number in the settlement rule line, change the period from date and fiscal year from date to the period of the next settlement.
