Also was the original posting using mvmnt type 201 done last year or recently (this year), is it possible they over wrote the date in the posting transaction with an incorrect date. Or is the year displayed on the MB03 screen wrong. We need more info to be able to help

Subject: Material Document Reversal Error
Dear Expert,
One of my user reversed/cancelled a material issue document using movement 202. Instead of reversing the issued quantity the system generated three Material Document with the same number but with different quantities. When I tried to display the material document in MIGO I got an error message that the document does not exist in the current Financial year. As a result my book balance for the drug has been distorted. Can someone explain the mix up and what might have gone terribly wrong?
