Hi HA_TRAN,

Your answers and solutions are always very helpful and concise. Kindly one
more point need to clear that if "still to be invoiced" quantity is not
zero then will it effect ? As you suggested "final invoice" indicator must
also be checked.

Subject: Close PO with quantity less than 1?

Hi,

Firstly, any closing of the PO will only take place after the GR/IR is balanced (i.e. GR value and IR value matches). Secondly, the setting of delivery completion indicator will only "close" your related PO line item from the cost commitment point of view, it does not prevent you from making additional GR posting. Hence, to avoid any further GR and/or IR posting, what you should do are -

1) Adjust the PO quantity to match the total accummulative GR quantity;
2) Set both "Delivery Completion" and "Final Invoice" indicator checkboxes; and
3) Block the PO line item.

Cheers,
HT
