Hi all,
I have given below the requirement, understanding and the report we need. Kindly have a look at it and guide us to achieve what we need.

Requirement:
Stores and Spares consumption - quantity and its cost - Material wise, G/L Account wise and Cost center wise

What we understand:

Materials are consumed in 3 ways.
1.Stock materials are consumed over 201 movement (Goods Issue from Plant warehouse to Cost Center).
2.Bill of Materials are consumed over 261/543 movement (Back flush against Production order/Subcon order)
3.Non-stock materials are consumed over 101 movement (Goods Receipt against Purchase document raised to Cost center with Account assignment category like K, A, F)

We need the Material consumption details (both Qty and Value) with Cost center wise and G/L account wise so that department users can get their expense details by including/excluding their relevant Material/Cost center/G/L Account.

We have tried MB51, but G/L account field is missing in its layout. Similarly in MR51, both cost center and gl account are missing. In KSB1, the consumption G/L account is missing. In some FICO reports, material and quantity details are not available.

Please let us know is there any report/Tcode available in SAP R3 for material consumption details with these three fields Material/Cost center/GL account along with qty and value?

Please correct us if our requirement and understanding are wrong.

Thanks.
