Kindly check in OMS2 transaction how respective material type of your material is valuated. Valuation can be set for same material type differently in different plants / storage locations. Did you purchase for new plant / storage location? Even if material is purchased for consumption (to WBS or cost centre) it can be set with Quantity update therefore after GR in MIGO respective quantity amount is visible in the stock with zero stock value.
When you do not see storage location in MIGO there could be 2 reasons: SL was not set in PO consequently in MIGO. Then system does not now where to update quantity so in fact there is no quantity update in the stock. Second reason - you have not extended your material in MM01 for respective storage location.
