Thanks for your options. Maybe it is nice to know that we have created a variant on the MD04 where next to data also time is included (and we have added some traffic light to detect future today's problems). Where we can use the the times displayed in the customer master (see XD03 General Data-Unloading points) there is no option visible in the vendor master.
Goes GR Processing Time also in hours instead of days?
Maybe a 4th option... Make use of Inbound deliveries (Vl31N) and use the transportation module (VT01) to have the arrival data and time on plant level and make that visible in the Inbound delivery transportation tab?

Since it is common and standard practice that the delivery date in the PO represents for the date on which delivery shall be made to the buyer (by the buyer) at the nominated point of delivery which is controlled by the Incoterms and delivery instruction. Hence, in case of EXW delivery terms, it is the time when you (or your nominated freight forwarder) are supposed to pick up the shipment at the supplier's premises. To avoid any confusion and/or allow a more accurate planning, you can use one of the following alternative options -
1) Include/Build the transport time into GR Processing Time;
2) Use vendor confirmation functionality where various confirmation control keys will be used to capture different stage of shipments; or
3) Use either logistics inbound delivery or outbound delivery (in case of internal stock transfer if the process requires)
