This is with regards to the issue above. We tried uploading data for some employees and found that the entry that is missing is for the month of July 2011 & the entry that shows 4 times are for the month of Sept 2011 for all employees.
Here all the employees were given increment in the month of July 2011(only action was run in July) but that arrears were paid in Sept 2011.
Kindly revert asap as we need to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Hi,
I have a query with regards to challan mapping, we were able to map the challan no with emp no by using t-code PC00_M40_CMAP. But its not reflecting correctly on Form 16(page 3, Annexure B) i.e. some entries are missing and some shows double entry.
We have checked cluster PCL4 & table T7INTE. It shows correct number of entries.
Total number of entries done were for 11 months, it shows only 10 months (1 months is missing) .
Pls guide asap.
