Reply from Masauko on May 16 at 1:08 AM Yes, you can. You transfer cost from Internal Order to AUC as a Month end process. The first transfer the AUC is created automatically, no need to create a Settlement rule(Depending on the set up). When your project is completed or when you are sure that costs will no longer be coming or when it is a direct purchase of Assets, then you create your asset Master Data and you get your Asset number then, you use the Asset number to create your Settlement Rule to settle to the Actual Asset.

When do I transfer this cost from Internal Order to AUC. And how do I settle AUC to fixed asset. Can someone guide me thru all the steps that I need to configure to get this working? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
