Reply from sathya72 on May 30 at 11:35 PM Hi Check the following settings in the MRP views in the material master. 1. GR processing time in the receiving plant 2. PTD in the shipping plant If any one of the above value is 1 day, then that's the issue. Regds Sathya

One internal plant supplies another internal plant with parts. The lead time is less than 1/2 day - but there is no lead time in the system. The Receiving Plant creates Shipping Notes for each day of the week that it expects delivery - Mon-Fri. What should happen on the Shipping Plant side is that the Sched Agreement JIT Delivery Schedule should show orders for the same corresponding day of the week. However, what is happening is that there is a 1-day delay in the shipping plant in the Sched Agreements - so the orders are set to arrive one day late. Have looked at planning parameters on both the Receiving Plant and Shipping Plant side - but do not see anything that would cause the 1-day delay in the Sched Agreement. Am hoping that someone out there can provide some insight into what might be happening. We have a customized process to create the Shipping Notes in the receiving plant - but am hoping some standard parameter is driving the Sales side to have a 1-day delay. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
