If you are meaning Division as in SD module, it is already included in COPA as fixed characteristics. once a new division is created in SD, it will automatically be available in COPA. But if it is not in SD, then youhave to define a user defined characteristic and maintain the Characteristic values in COPA. Hope i am able to answer your question.
