Hi Siva & Devraj ,

Can you just explain how these entries will be deleted or created or it can be changed? Because in overview I see only 1 record is valid since 08/01/2008. I am not able to change the records and also when I checked for another employee of Arizona, I see these below records. For this pernr there is no such kind of error occurred during the payroll kindly explain me. How these have been created? or can be changed?

08/04/2008 08/04/2008 AZ State of Arizona
08/04/2008 01/17/2010 AZ State of Arizona
08/05/2008 01/17/2010 AZ State of Arizona
01/18/2010 06/30/2010 AZ State of Arizona
01/18/2010 12/31/9999 AZ State of Arizona
07/01/2010 12/31/9999 AZ State of Arizona

For the entries above am finding 2 records valid till 12/31/9999. but not finding an error.

Subject: BSI Error While Running a Payroll

Hi,

Am getting this below error for a particular employee while running a payroll.

BSI tax calculation

Payment type : Regular payment
Employee status : 3

at the end of the log am getting this below message "Please check your BSI message viewer for employee "

When I check in the "BSI messages & status"

I am seeing this error message as
"4101
CAN NOT PROCESS DUPLICATE RESIDENT STATE AZ"

Kindly let me know how to resolve this issue. Awaiting for your replies.
