Question from Tan on Mar 2 at 12:13 AM Dear Experts, We do have a requirement of LTA configuration with the following parameters 1) LTA is 8.33% of basic, can mainly be claimed mainly annually, sometimes twice in a year. 2) Employee should complete one year of service before claiming LTA 3) Any employee availing LTA (without Tax), required to get a minimum of 4 days EL ( Inclusive of intervening weekly off and holidays). Availing LTA without EL will attract deduction under the provision of Income Tax: Which can be achieved by through the table V_T7INL1(Min. eligibility period for LTA), where we can define the min. no. of days of leave the employee must take in order to claim leave travel allowance according to different Attendance/Absence type and payscale/Al. grping. 4) There should be an option of payslip display of LTA accumulation monthly (deducted from gross salary every month) which will be released at the end of the year against claim. 5) Employee claiming LTA of Rs. 2,500/- or less in a year are not required to avail leave to claim LTA. 6) In case of separation, the LTA earned by the employee shall be adjusted with the full and final settlement. Now please advise, how to achieve 4th and 5th scenario. I have already created two LTA wage-types, one taxable and other non-taxable and made them permissible to IT15, they are all earning wage-types.
