Well, that program is quite simple. In 1 or 2 hours you should get it ready running and tested... Any abaper can write it for you (prices would vary according to the abaper's country, but if you want, I'm sure there are a lot of abapers willing to do something like that...).
BTW, I can't understand the real problem...
