The variant you select will be the opposite variant of the one you selected in the first entry.
By the way, go to AFBP the posting log and click to show Unplanned Depreciation entries to view the results. Also view the results by using trial balance report to view depreciation expense or accumulated depreciation accounts impacted, or perhaps revaluation account depending on purpose of the depreciation area.
AB08 will never be able to reverse depreciation entries, including Ordinary Depreciation and Unplanned Depreciation so do not waste your time trying again.

Hello:
We posted an entry via ABAA using Trans Type 650 Unplanned Depreciation on New Acquisition. We did not get any FI document but only an Internal Asset Accounting Doc.
We just noticed that this entry is incorrect and we want to reverse it. However we can not reverse it via AB08 (there is no FI doc) and when I try to use ABSO, or ABZU trying to select a Write Up for this Asset I get an error message: You can not post Write ups. Is there another standard Transaction Type that would allow me to post a reversal entry?
