Reply from SAP_EZ on Mar 18 at 12:41 AM The net amount for the year so far is showing as a negative amount, a net credit. Not a net debit balance this year. To answer your question I need to be sure there is no terminology disconnect here. In the FI module (which includes Project System and AA postings) there are two basic kinds of entries: adjustments and actuals. Adjustments include accruals, deferrals (which alter the timing of recognition), and accounting corrections of prior errors. Actuals are the normal everyday transactions recognizing economic events impacting your organization such as PO receipts, asset transfers, asset retirements, etc. It could be that there have been actuals this year, they just happen to be net credits. An example could be more revenues than expenses were posted using WBS elements so far this year. You are probably thinking that your WBS elements are more closely associated with recognizing expenses and project charges - and normally this means there are more debits than credits. Add the document type column and the transaction code column to your CJI3 output layout. This will help you to determine if which is greater, actual transactions this period or the reversals this period of last period's accruals for example. Regards, Greg
