Accounts you can modify it as necessary to meet the legal
requirements, you can rename it, translate it or do whatever you need
with it, so saying that "legal requirement are not met" is not true.
Maybe they are not met by the standard CoA as delivered by SAP but
this is only a template, not cast in concrete.

My company use the same chart of account for all companies in
worldwide, so when we have local requirements in any country we use
country specifc chart of account, but in case of Colombia there are
some legal requirement regarding chart in Colombia, so for that
reason I am not sure if country scpecif chart of account will meet
all legal Colombia legal requirement. Just to you know in Brazil, for
example we can't use country specifc chart of account because legal
requirement are not met when we use it.
