I understand your reply & aware that employee group & subgroup will be
used in PA only. In recruitment while running an action known as salary
proposal to applicant we run IT16 - contract elements where we enter
employee group & subgroup. Can this be taken from OM where we give
employee group & subgroup while creating the position.
While creating the position we give the following deaths.
Personnel Area.
Personnel Subarea.
Employee Group.
Employee Subgroup.
While entering applicant data in PB10, we again have to enter the
personnel area, personnel subarea details. Can this be taken from OM
module is this integration possible?

Hi sri ram,
There is a logic behind the recruitment and personnel administration,
before the completion of recruitment he will be called as a applicant so in
that case you cannot use the employee group and subgroup from personnel
management to recruitment even though you have made the integration between
recruitment to PA throught plogi papli or preli or prelr switches instead
replicate the same employee group or employee subgroup in the recruitment
as a applicant group and applicant ranges and use the same.
Note: the intergration part from recruitment to PA will help to transfer
the data from the applicant infotype to personnel action instead to
creating personnel action once again.
