directly or indirectly, But not on the the configuration of T510 Table.

I entered a constant value on table T510K for a wage types 4001. This constant value is not defaulting on PA30.
This wage types is recurring and deduction IT14.
I set the wage type characteristic V_T511 to deduction, negative and negative, CONST.
Please advise.
