I've try it and still in KE30 it is being double while in KE24 is correct.

While in KE30 report, click on the item you have problem with and via menu, display line items.
Then you can compare this to KE24 as both will be in same format.
KE30 is not a standard report and KE24 reports based on selection you make.
Make sure both are in sync.
If it is a calculated item, then going to line item will not work- You have to work with individual items (as in formula) and goto line item.
