[sap-acct] Vertex tRFC Queue is Stuck

Transaction entries from SAP to Vertex are stuck in the tRFC queue. I can identify the transaction in the queue (via program RFYTXDISPLAY). The question I have is... how do I get that transaction to be processed so that the rest of the transactions sitting in the queue 'Scheduled for update' can be processed.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
