not matter when you do the reset, it is time independent. The process of
clearing is that of matching existing line items by using a clearing
document number and the clearing date in the line items. On reset, the
clearing document reference and clearing date are removed. The act of
reversal is not relevant for this discussion.
2. Yes, you will have 7 line items in your open item report for the
previous month. You should not worry about it. The balance in the account
will be same. Your boss should worry about the balance not the number of
lines.

A) Reversal Reason Code: Z1 Wrong amount. I don't know how it will impact FBL1N report. Do you have any suggestion on this?
B) Items didn't show up because they were cleared up to that point.
C) Items showed up as open(red indicator).
If I am another person who doesn't know about the reversal. I previously sent report to my boss at the end of last month. The report had 5 items. Now he order the report again. I will extract it again. It now has 7 items. I will be in trouble with my boss if he notice about this different. |
