Question from David Costantini on Jan 8 at 4:58 PM Starting in 2012, we are getting results with /330 for people who have the voluntary checkbox checked in their IT 423 record. They previously had this checkbox checked but in 2011 the system did not calculate a /330. The wage type is created a refund and the business is saying that should not happen. The refund is basically negating the additional % the EE had set up in their IT 423 record.
