We are looking for best practices on the installation of required support packs for ECC6.0 environment for a global FICO template. The template has FI, CO, Logistics( Non-productive purchasing), Workflow, Standard SD and ABAP modules connected. Last year we have upgraded our system form 4.6c to ECC6.0.
What are the factors which determine support pack application - new features, side effects in the existing version, bugs from SAP etc, existing components installed.
How do we determine the support pack levels?
When do we pitch for an Enhancement pack upgrade?
Please help to share your immense knowledge or any kind of documentation that could help us in this based on your project experience.
