Check entry in Table T556C - Counting. Enter the percentage in hours as well as days section.

Subject: Why Absence quota is not getting deducted

Hi ,

In customizing IMG>Pers. Time Mgmt>Absences>Absence Catalog>Determine Entry screens and time constraint classes.

In this step you can choose a screen type for your Leave.

Screen for Recording Absences or Attendances
By specifying the screen number for an attendance or absence type, you
determine which screen is used for entering, displaying and maintaining
records.
The following screens are currently available:
Absences:
- 2000 Absences (general)
- 2001 Quota deduction
- 2002 Work incapacity (Germany)
- 2003 Maternity protection
- 2004 Military service
- 2005 Work incapacity (Netherlands)
- 2008 Work incapacity (general)
Attendances:
- 2050 Quota deduction
- 2051 No quota deduction

Try this and see. And as far as quota deduction id concerned you need to check the counting and deduction rules.

Regards,
Neha
