Hi

Config in SPRO->HR->...Change documents - Here select which infotypes need to be logged for changes.
You can use pgm RPUAUD00 to list/report changes in employee data. Or in the main menu, look for Audit log.
Also there are s/w tools available from 3rd party vendors - e.g., Spinifiex (whic provides a more concise report than the standard one).

Subject: How to track Employee deletion in SAP HR?

Hi All,

In SAP HR, I need to know how to track if employee gets deleted ? or if some wage type like salary gets modified .. etc.

I heard about customizing T77CDOC_CUST table in SM30 but still I have no idea how to accomplish the previous requirements using this method.

Is it even possible ? or do I have to enable System Wide Table Audit Trail
(i.e. using parameter rec/client = 000[,...] ) ??? and if that is the case how do I know which tables and fields do I have to monitor ??
