Dunning letter is only a correspondence letter and you can configure dunning charges there but it will display only in Dunning letter, no entry will happen in the books. If you want to charge Extra amount as Dunning charge you have to post manual entry for this.

Where to see the dunning charges. i have seen the dunning charges in
dunning letter, but the charges is not adding to coustmoer open item. The
charges are not showing in FBL5N.
