Hi Vikram,
You may create a user function from the standard one P0416 and modify as per your requirements. You need to check the requirements fully and specify the function.
I have done one to round off the hours calculated so that the output hrs is same as that input in IT 416.

Hello all,
I need help with Time Quota Compensation. We are trying to pay employee for their unused hours for previous year.
While trying to create Infotype 416 record for Time Compensation the 416 Infotype is checking validity of all Quota Records for that employee.
We have few employee moved from Full Time to Part Time and they are no longer eligible for certain quotas and they were delimited as of their move date.
But 416 is checking validity for that Quota and throwing an error that particular quota type is not valid for Part Time Employees.
I had to lock that delimited record on Infotype 2006 in order to create an entry on Infotype 416.
Is there a way to Check Infotype 416 for particular record only?
