Reply from Chakravarthi Amith on Dec 16 at 1:23 AM Another possible reason can be that, you don't have a basic pay record created for the employee, at all. then the field Work hours/period (DIVGV) will obviously not have any info to look at. that will automatically equal to ZERO, and since division by zero is not not possible by a computer, in this case the system throws an error . How to fix : 1- Create a Basic Pay Record, 2- If it is already there, Check existence of value in the field "Work hours/period" (ie. make sure it's not equal to ZERO). 3- If it is Zero, check Planned working time record even that must be missing. Create it.
