Reply from Chakravarthi Amith on Dec 16 at 1:17 AM Try checking the Working hrs/period ( Field DIVGV) in IT0008 ( Basic Pay). If this field is empty for the person you are trying to run the payroll, you would generally get this error.
The Payroll driver must be trying to derive the hourly rate based on IT0008 ( Basic Pay), which in turn gets its value from WSR of IT0007 ( Planned working time).
