Hi
It is standard functionality not to create an absence record IT 2001 on a non-working day as per the employee's WS.
Usually either due to a request from the employee or the org unit's needs, the normal WS provided through IT 7 (or through shift planning), can be changed for one or more days using IT 2003 Substitution - with a DWS or using from/to hours. Then you can enter the IT 2001 for that day.

SAP prevents application of a Paid Absence code on a non-scheduled day. As a workaround, it was proposed that in the case of STD hours falling on an non-scheduled day, lump the hours into a scheduled day.
Is this possible? |
