This is not related to exchange rates. In the document it will display the amount in the comment currency and also in local currency in the filed Amount in LC. Here the problem is even in the LC amount field it is reflecting the document currency only for the tax accounts.
Tx Crcy Amount Amount in LC
O3 GBP 7.448,00- 78.212,49
O3 GBP 7.448,00 78.212,49
O3 GBP 1.862,00- 1.862,00
O3 GBP 1.862,00 1.862,00
In the above the amount in LC field the last two rows should reflect 19553.12.

Local currency is GBP however we posted the invoice in document currency AUD, in the document, amount in LC(local currency) is not reflecting correctly for the vat tax accounts.
