Subject: Depreciation Area 85 Start Day
I have a new depreciation area 85 to be opened for asset class 310000 this week. Currently, I have 200 assets for asset class 310000. Those SAP assets are procured in 2007 and the system has already run AFAB for book depreciation area 01 many years. I don't know if I should tick or not tick that check box ("dep. term from asset class").
When I run afbn. if I don't tick, the depreciation term of new depreciation area 85 will not copied from book depreciation area 01. My question is where does depreciation start day for depreciation area 85 coming from?
if I tick check box ("dep. term from asset class") in AFBN, , depreciation terms for depreciation area 85 is coming from superior asset class, so the depreciation start day for depreciation area 85, is it copied from book depreciation or superior asset class?
If I run AFBN and tick that checkbox, later I find it is wrong, can I reverse it and re-run afbn without ticking that checkbox, how to reverse? |
