Can you have default filtering or totaling in program itself while displaying ALV list? If you can do that then you can create a spool request by submitting the program to SAP spool and then convert that spool to OTF i.e. smartform format.

I have a requirement to print out an alv list in a smartform.
I have done this to a point that I can print but my problem is that, once any operation is done on the list e.g. sorting or filtering etc.?
I have been unable to transfer this to my print out as I am unable to get them.
I believe there is something i am missing.?
