Hi Your description sounds like a brand new implementation, unless you can buy/obtain from your service provider: - business blueprint, olution blueprint - config - time and payroll schema and PCR's, all config tables - ABAP or other code If you are using any 3rd party s/w currently at your provider site, you need to see what you require to bring this functionality inhouse In any case you need all data and a means (LSMW objects or some other) to upload the data to your system. Good amount of testing for all aspects including - uploading data, all business functions run on your test system. You need to do the following then: - Pilot run (in a Test system) - for data migration, time eval, payroll, posting, reporting and any other jobs, - Migrate all data, verify data is correct. - Two or more parallel runs - as above for pilot run.
