Hi Kris
May I suggest putting a break point in the function at the statement below?
PERFORM RP_INFOTYP... in CALL_P0015 form.
Then when you execute PA40, you can see what is happening. You may need an ABAP person to help/debug.
I am not sure if FORM RP_INFOTYP needs any other input.
What is it supposed to in the form and what afterwards in the CALL_P0015(RPUDONU0)?

Subject: PA40 - Control is Not Moving on After IT14
I was trying to run the PA40 for "return from leave action". This action have few infotypes including IT 0,1,6,7,8,378,14,2006 and few more. The problem is when I was running this action,the control is not moving on after IT14. Instead of it is moving inside of IT14 records. For your information the operator used for this IT14 is INS and no subtypes. I am really confused about where the exact problem is. Problem with IT14 or Problem with Infogroup? This problem is there for few employees and this is for US country.
