For getting technical name of each column you need to take the help of your ABAP consultant as you are preparing HLD for the first time. If you have an HR-ABAP developer then he must be knowing most of the important fields to be used in the report.
However, you can also search net for important HR tables and fields to be used in the report. You will get the list.

Dear all,
We need to create a reporter on CRT Table results as like as Wage Type reporter.
My client requirement is the reporter shall be as like Wage Type Reporter (PC00_M99_CWTR), but it against to CRT results.
As a HR functional consultant, can we map up all the fields of Wage Type Reporter (WTR), to get results from CRT?
In the wage type reporter there are different fields for selection criteria like Selection node, Period Interval, Payroll Period, Period determination, Other Selection, Output nodes.
Coming to to the Payroll Period node, from where it is fetching the data if it is CRT?
