One reason I could find is that FBL3N showed the balance of all open items
(upto the selected date if any). However, FS10N showed the balance for a
specified Fiscal Year. In case the balance of previous Fiscal year was not
properly carried to the current FY, then the balances shown by the said
t-codes tend to differ.

Hi Thillainathan,
I've the same problem, but I use SAP 4.6C.
I execute program RGURECGLFLEX show error 'The Flexible General
Ledger is not active'.
1. how to activate that GL ? What impact if I run that program?
2. to run that program in test run should I uncheck box test run?
3. what t-code in SAP 4.6C for FAGLF03?
