Hi Razak I presume you mean document number ranges by the term "accounting number range". If you intend to start with the same document number each year , then you can copy the document number ranges from one fiscal year to another. However, if you do not want to reset such document numbers on an annual basis ( you intend using one running serial across fiscal years ), then this is also possible by furnishing 9999 as the fiscal year for the document number range. In this case , the system would remember the last document number of a fiscal year and continue to assign the next number to the first document created in the next fiscal year ( am assuming that you use internal numbering). This is called numbering upto a future fiscal year. Regards VidhyaDhar
