Hi

Check V_001_P_ALL for the employee's pers area/sub area. This should be usually configured at the start of implementation. This error should not be happening in a system gone live unless you are adding a pers area/sub area.

If this is not the reason, then check the ABAP code behind the transaction. There may be some user code.
