You can execute a standard SAP Adhoc query ( Infotype 0000 ) in query is having field length of service in Years, month and days.

Standard report is not available specifically for Length of Service. You may take a dump of joining dates of all the employees and then work out a formula to compute the Length of Service. This is the way I used to do the same. |
