There are standard reports available in SERP txn. Or you can look at the reporting menu tree. If you need more than that, you may use SQ01 or custom program.

My user wants to generate the length of service report. The purpose is to give out Long Service Award to eligible employees. Is there any standard report, or can this be done using adhoc query?
