Hi, Reading about your requirement, i believe you can achieve this with negative time . This is a part of leave management and proration can be handled in sap leave management. Your proration would typically occur under the following conditions :- 1. Employee hired - to give quota upfront 2. Employee terminated - to settle quota entitlement 3. Employee transferred across different esg and psg groupings ( where there are different entitlement values) Refer to sap help website help on time management configuration.
