So, it is able to generate the absence quota automatically. Is it able for standard SAP to delete the quota automatically after two years?
example, 1st year the quota = 9 days 2nd years the quota = 18 days, and if employee doesn't use it all, it will become 9 days again.

Hi experts,
I've been doing re-implementation from version 4.7 to ECC 6.0 Ehp 4 for SAP HR.
in version 4.7, the client use the leave entitlement (IT 0005) in order to record the leave entitlement.
Questions:
1) What is the difference between absence quota (IT2006) with leave entitlement (IT005)? Should I use absence quota instead of leave entitlement in ECC 6.0?
2) How to generate absence quota automatically and set the validity of the quota based on the years of service?
ex: each year, employee get 9 days of quota
2009 = 9 days
2010 = 18 days (9 days + 9 days from the previous balance(carry forward))
2011 = 9 days (assume that all the 18 days in 2010 is not used, so it can't be used any more)
Really appreciate any reply, if my question is not cleared, feel free to ask for any details.
