The best tool I've seen is Transport Express by Basis Technologies. Automates Transport deployment with workflow approval and enables you to manage parallel development paths with the facility to automate Transport merge across both paths.
Used by some big organizations too.

Is there way to automate transport to different clients in DEV.
I have configured STMS with workflow.But once transport request
is released one has to click> worklist in stms and approve transport. Is there way to automate this in STMS with job
scheduled or any other tools out there.
