Hi, Create a printer at Windows level, for output destination, use a file name (any, it does not matter as it will be overwritten over and over again) . then point SAP to this printer using method C. That worked for me back in year 1998 with Windows NT 4.0. This trick should also work with newer versions of Windows.

We use printer LOCL in the print conditions of the RD00 message to print out paper invoices (setup in VV32 is per sales organisation) For certain customers we send out EDI invoices using another message. In this case I do not need a paper invoice anymore. So for these customers I need to overrule that the RD00 message goes to a NULL printer. Setup in VV32 per sales organsation, bill-to customer will take precedence over general setting for this sales org. But how in SPAD can I create a NULL printer, considering we run on Windows (not AIX)? Any suggestions? Manu | | __.____._ Copyright © 2011 Toolbox.com and message author. Toolbox.com 4343 N.
