Yes, I do not know how it works. today the backup is okay as well. I do not know how it was fixed.

We have been facing this error on backup for more than a week now.
I tried to clean, use a new tape and re-initialize the tape but still encountering this:

Sometimes, the backup will start but will not complete/end, it will encounter the same error at the middle of the back.
