Sorry for the late reply. We have already taken care of all this but still
not able to get the calculations correct, not able to figure out how we can
put constant factor and able to calculate based on working days.

TSDIVI will not be the same in all conditions. The total of TSDIVI in a period varies depending mainly on splits, and also absences, etc. This is a common problem in using TSDIVI. If you look at the explanation in the help for NUM or AMT and then drill down to the help fir partial pay factors, you will understand.
I would suggest using TSDIVP. This will result in using a constant value of number of hrs in a pay period. It can be from IT 8. This helps in using a constant hourly rate.
