I'm asking seriously, not joking. Do you really allocate 110% of your available memory? Has that ever lead to problems?

in Windows OS environment, if it is central installation, normally I will
assign 65% for Central Instance, 35% for DB Instance, 10% for OS and other
usage (interface program, etc)
