Hi Anupama,

Check with the status of the Serial Number in IQ02. Say for example, ECUS -
At Customer Site, ECUS EDEL - Delivery created but not PGR done, etc. Also
in case of any status profile maintained for Serial Number, you need to
uncheck the status to take the stock in to your location for resale. Kindly
check and revert back for any clarifications.
